For those who do not have health problems, there is an interesting recipe to relieve stomach swelling and promote sleep. It involves making oregano tea before going to bed.

Simply add a teaspoon of oregano to 50 ml of boiling water, turn off the heat, cover and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes. Strain the solution and sip the tea slowly before sleeping to get beneficial results.
